  • Tuesday: XTrain
  • Wednesday: 5 Miles
  • Thursday: 4 miles + Ab Ripper
  • Friday: 3 miles
  • Saturday: 10 miles

Goals

  • Complete my first marathon...and have the desire to run another!
  • **Accomplished: March 26, 2011
  • Improve Speed - run an 8:30 mile.
  • **Accomplished: April 4, 2011
  • Run 1111 miles in 2011.
  • Be more consistent with strength training.
